Freemans Bay, Auckland

This rear garden is the main view from inside the house year round. As such it is on display all day everyday. We therefore looked to create depth and perspective within the garden using layers of hedging and trees.

The planting is part deciduous and embraces the seasonal changes, which is relatively rare in Auckland where planting is predominantly evergreen.
