St Heliers, Auckland

Part of a larger project still in progress, this first section of the design looks to soften an area for off street car parking. This area was previously concrete and we looked at ways to move the focus away from cars and more towards planting. Strips of concrete set within gravel delineate the parking bays with the garden slowly encroaching on all sides. A small but thouroughly interesting project with wonderfully enthusiastic clients willing to try something a little different.
