Te Arai South
Our first completed landscape at Te Arai South, part of the broader Tara Iti development on the east coast of New Zealand’s North Island, near Bream Bay.
The site sits within a dramatic landscape of coastal sand dunes interspersed with remnants of pine forest, offering sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean.
This project required significant recontouring to nestle the house into the dune environment, creating a seamless connection between architecture and landscape.
